Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Sasha’s Yah Suh Nice Caribbean Kitchen, we aim to provide the best dining experience for all our guests. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate everyone effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation and reservation policies:

1. Deposit Requirements

   • A £10 deposit per person is required for all reservations of 6 or more guests.

   • The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
     ​

2. No-Show Policy

   • If any member of your party does not attend the reservation, the deposit for those who did not show up will be forfeited.
     ​

3. Cancellation Policy

   • To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time.

   • Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking.
     ​

4. Dress Code

   • We encourage all guests to adhere to our dress code: smart or casual dress.

   • Please note that hats and hoods are not permitted.​
